High quality ecological brushes in beech wood with natural bristles and cotton strap dedicated for DRY body massage.

The set consists of:

- bleached bristle brush: the softest of the three brushes; dedicated to sensitive skin and also to pregnant women, always remembering to massage ( especially the belly) only with the weight of the brush without pressing,

- horsehair brush and Tampico bristles: medium hardness

- 100% tampico brush with long handle: rigid; dedicated especially to the lower parts of the body to help eliminate cellulite and tiredness and the feeling of heaviness in the legs

The natural and hard bristles help take care of the appearance and health of our skin. By performing a brush massage just a few times a week, we are able to significantly improve the condition of our body. Brush massage is a kind of gentle peeling, but unlike traditional forms, there is no risk of "clogging" of the skin. When using the tampico brush, remember to start brushing from the feet and gradually move up to the upper body. The direction of the massage should always be the same, from bottom to top , because we stimulate our body towards the lymph nodes. By brushing the belly with circular movements (clockwise), we will stimulate digestion. The massage should last 3 to 5 minutes. 

Contraindications: Any skin lesions of bacterial or viral origin, open wounds and fresh scars. Massage with a gentle brush is safe during pregnancy, however, it should be done very gently around the abdomen and breasts or you should not brush these parts of the body completely. If you choose to brush your abdomen during pregnancy with the stiffer brushes, you should stop completely in the third trimester. 

Cleaning: Clean dry, combing with brush. Do not immerse in water.
