Processing of personal data.

 

The personal data requested during the order submission phase are collected and processed in order to fulfill the explicit requests of the Customer and will not, under any circumstances or for any reason, be transferred to third parties, except for the management of the order that may occur through other channels (e.g., Facebook and Instagram). Dadibù guarantees its customers compliance with the regulations regarding the processing of personal data, governed by the privacy code pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30.06.03 and the GDPR.

Cookies Policy:

  1. The store does not automatically collect information, except for information contained in cookies.

  2. Cookies (also known as "cookies") are computer data, specifically text files that are stored on the User's terminal of the Store and are designed to be used during the web browsing of the Store. Cookies typically contain the name of the originating website, the storage time on the terminal, and a unique number.

  3. The entity that publishes the cookies on the User's terminal of the Store and receives access to them is the manager of the Store.

  4. Cookies are used to:

    • customize the content of web pages of the Store to the User's preferences and optimize the use of websites; in particular, these files allow recognizing the User's device of the Store and correctly displaying the web page tailored to their individual needs;

    • produce statistics that help us understand how Store Users use websites, which allows us to improve their structure and content;

  5. The Store uses two fundamental types of cookies: "session" cookies and "persistent" cookies. "Session" cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's terminal of the Store until leaving the web page or until software (browser) is disabled. "Persistent" cookies are stored on the User's terminal of the Store for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted.

  6. The following types of cookies are used in the Store:

    • "essential" cookies, allowing the use of services available in the store, such as authentication cookies used for services requiring authentication within the store;

    • cookies used to ensure security, for example, used to detect fraud in the store's authentication;

    • "productivity" cookies, allowing the collection of information on how to use the store's website;

    • "functional" cookies, allowing to "remember" settings selected by the User and customize the User interface, such as in terms of selected language or region where the user comes from, font size, appearance of the website, etc .;

    • "advertising" cookies, allowing the delivery to Users of advertising content more tailored to their interests.

  7. In many cases, the software used to browse websites (browsers) allows cookies to be stored on the User's terminal. Store users can change cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed, in particular, to block automatic cookie management in the web browser configuration or to inform each time about their existence on the User's device of the Store. Detailed information on the possibilities and methods of cookie management are available in the software settings (browser).

  8. The store operator informs that limitations on the use of cookies may affect some of the features available on the Store's websites.

  9. Cookies placed on the User's terminal of the Store can also be used by advertisers or partners cooperating with the operator of the Store.
