Refund policy

Returns, Refunds, and Right of Withdrawal.

In accordance with Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, known as the Consumer Code, the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, subject to what is indicated in the following points. To exercise this right, the customer must send a withdrawal notice to Dadibu within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The date indicated on the delivery receipt shall be considered valid.

The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer by sending a communication to Dadibù containing the express declaration of the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase contract, as well as the relevant order number from which the Customer intends to withdraw. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer may choose between the following methods:

The communication must include the following information:

  • Name and Surname of the customer;

  • Customer's address;

  • Order Number and purchase date;

  • Description of the item, quantity, reason for return, and related amount paid.

Dadibu's Customer Service will, upon receipt of the communication, open a case for the management of the return and communicate to the Customer the instructions on how to return the Products, which will be done through a courier indicated by Dadibu itself or by one of its suppliers.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Customer must return the Products to Dadibu without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 (fourteen) days from the communication of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if the Customer sends the Products back within 14 (fourteen) days from the communication of the withdrawal.

The Consumer must return, at his own expense, or deliver the goods to Dadibù at the following address: Via Statale n. 83 Poggio a Caiano (PO) – 59016 – without undue delay and in any case within seven (7) days from the day he communicated his withdrawal from the contract.

If the Customer withdraws from the purchase contract, pursuant to the General Conditions, all costs already paid to Dadibù will be refunded, excluding shipping costs, which will remain, in any case, non-refundable.

Such refunds will be made using the same payment method chosen for the initial transaction, within seven working days from the receipt of the goods subject to the contract, unless the Customer has expressly requested a different payment method.

By concluding the purchase contract, the customer expressly and unreservedly accepts the aforementioned terms regarding the refund settlement times, which will not be made under any circumstances before the actual return of the goods to the supplier.

The costs of returning the goods will be borne by the customer, unless the received goods are defective or damaged. The product to be returned must be provided with a label, packaged, and must not have been washed or used in any way.

As provided for in art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the website may suspend the refund until receipt of the goods or until the purchaser has demonstrated that he has returned the goods.

The products must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer, i.e., keeping the original packaging with suitable packaging.

Finally, please note that the consumer customer, pursuant to art. 59 Legislative Decree 206/2005, cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

  • The product has been opened or its integrity compromised;

  • Elements that are part of the product are missing (such as accessories, etc.);

  • The product has been damaged;

  • Goods returned after 14 days, which represent the maximum return period.

Unless otherwise specified, shipping costs are borne by the customer pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 which provides that the consumer has the right of withdrawal without any penalty and that the only costs to be borne by him are those related to the return of the product.

The consumer customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in case of purchase of Digital Gift Cards, consequently, the amount spent for the purchase of this type of product will not be refunded.
