Shipping Policy

The delivery of products purchased on dadibu.it takes an estimated time of about 2/3 working days. Depending on the shipping country, delivery times may vary from the receipt of payment for the order. Timings may be reduced depending on the type of shipping provided by the supplier. In any case, delivery times will always be specified on the product pages.

Orders placed by 9:30 am will be processed within the following 24/72 hours, or at most on the first working day following the weekend or any holidays.

Shipping is free for orders over €99 for purchases made in Italy, while it will be €199.99 for purchases made in Europe (order cost with discounts already applied). Shipping costs for orders below the minimum spending are summarized in the following table:

Special promotions with free shipping are available for orders below the minimum spending. Conditions will always be specified on the individual product pages.

When the package is shipped by our supplier, a shipping confirmation email will be sent, containing a link to track the delivery of your order or to visit the shipping provider's website.

The courier chosen for delivery, unless otherwise indicated, will be specified in the tracking email. Depending on the delivery area, couriers may entrust the goods to local carriers.

Delivery times may be delayed in case of:

• holidays such as Christmas, August holidays, and National Holidays.

• events beyond the control of the parties involved in the distribution chain, such as natural disasters, roadblocks due to strikes, demonstrations, road accidents, visits by public figures, etc. • inventory or in case of extraordinary necessity.

Couriers do not make deliveries on holidays, pre-holidays, and national holidays.
